Service Contract and Waiver
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy clauses define the conditions which one must accept in order tocomplete the reservation. Please ACCEPT and SEND. Once submitted, he or she automatically agrees to the policies laid out therein.
Service Contract
Payment:
The rate of $______/hr or discounted rate of $______ for up to ____hrs from pick-up to drop-off. Non-scheduled overtime, above reserved hours, $____ per hour. You are not charged for travel time to pickup point.
All limousine reservations must be paid in advance of the event.
A fee of $50 will be charged for checks returned by the bank.
Cash payment for non-scheduled overtime must be received at start of overtime. We bill in increments of hours not minutes. You are given 15 minutes grace period. After 15 minutes you will be charged for another hour. For example: 4 hours and 16 minutes would be billed as 5 hours.
For a daytime event, there may be a scheduled event preventing use of the limo past a certain time. Please determine this ahead of time and make your plans accordingly. Be sure to allow enough time for your occasion. In some cases, there will be another event booked after yours is scheduled to end. If you think you might need more time, take this into consideration at the time of booking.
Overtime payment is arranged well in advance with cash or credit card.
Cleaning Fees:
A $75 cleaning fee will be assessed if the vehicle has been left in a condition less than the original condition at pick up.
$150 detailing fee for a client getting sick in the car.
Limousine Arrival and Location
If the arrival of the car is a surprise, be sure to indicate that it is to be a surprise at the time of booking.
Be sure to give provide additional details if necessary, especially if the location is hard to find.
We request that you call and confirm the times and address 24 hours before the event.
Please make sure to reserve parking for the limousine at the church, reception hall etc.,
General
Capacity of the stretch is 10 passengers, which is not to be exceeded.
Baggage storage is limited.
Make sure nothing is left in the car at the end of the event. This is your responsibility and we will not accept any liability for items left behind.
Decorating the exterior paint of the car in any shape, fashion or form is not allowed. The glass can be decorated with approval of owner.
You are FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for any physical damage done to the car by you or your guests.
The driver’s primary responsibility is to transport you safely and safeguard the car. The driver will not purchase cigarettes or alcohol for minors.
Possession or use of illegal drugs by anyone or alcohol by minors is prohibited. The driver reserves the right to terminate the run at anytime.
Smoking in the car is prohibited in order to preserve the original upholstery and wood veneers.
In the sole judgment of the driver, to determine if the behavior of you or your guests is dangerous, illegal, unsafe to lives and/or property, to terminate the run. The driver reserves the right order all occupants out of the car. He may or may not issue a warning before taking such action. This may result if forfeiture of any refund.
Refund Policy
Cancellation within 10 days of reservation, a cancellation fee of 25% of deposit; cancellation within 3 days of reservation, a cancellation fee of 50% of deposit; cancellation on same day of reservation will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of deposit. Termination of limousine rental during the limousine run, before the agreed upon time will default to the rate of 3hr minimum at $90/hr plus gratuity at 20%. The remainder of deposit will be returned or credited within 5 business days.
Hlr Limo Service, LLC Waiver of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue HLRlimo, LLC. their
officers, agents, servants, or employees (hereinafter referred to as releasees) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any of the property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted.
I am fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected with (Activity), including but not limited to (list possible dangers associated with activity), and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such an activity, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise.
I further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activity, whether caused by negligence of releasees or otherwise.
It is my express intent that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the
members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue the above-named releasees. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of
Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
I have read, understand and will comply with the provisions stated above.
